2025 Cornhole Sponsorship form

This September, 501(c)(3) Team Jakey will host the 12th Annual Gentleman Jake Memorial Cornhole Tournament — an event created to honor the life of Jake Zeller, who died by suicide in 2013. What began as a tribute has grown into a powerful movement dedicated to Ending the Stigma around mental illness and suicide, saving lives, and strengthening our community through open conversation, education, and access to care.

All sponsorships will include features and shoutouts on the Team Jakey social media, website, and events. With potential exposure on Mostly Superheroes the podcast, More to Say with Randi Naughton the podcast, The Big 550am KTRS, and KMOX.
